F. Eric Cross, MAI is a commercial real estate appraiser and partner with IVC – California  (Independent Valuation Consultants), a regional valuation and consulting firm servicing the Greater  Southern California area. IVC provides real estate appraisal services for loan underwriting, portfolio  management and estate planning purposes.

Mr. Cross specializes in industrial and office properties with a reputation for valuations of high profile  industrial properties including defense plants, food processing and refrigerated warehouses, research  and development facilities, heavy manufacturing plants, mega distribution complexes, business parks,  airport and seaport facilities and industrial land. Recent assignments include high‐rise, mid‐rise and low  rise office buildings in the Greater Los Angeles area; including Mid‐Wilshire, Culver City/Playa Vista and  the San Gabriel/San Fernando Valleys. 

He has experience working with institutional clients such as insurance companies, REITS and pension  funds. During the last five years he has appraised over 350 properties. The combined value of  commercial real estate properties he has appraised over his career surpasses $7 billion.
